Operating procedures

Add KME-102C cleaning solution to the cleaning tank.

Put the disassembled mold core into the cleaning basket.

Adjust the electrode pad, the electrode pad should be at least 5CM away from the mold workpiece.

Turn on the power switch, turn on the electrolysis switch and the ultrasonic switch in sequence, the cleaning work starts, and the cleaning time is set to be about 15 minutes.

After the cleaning time is reached, the cleaning is over, the machine stops working and automatically alarms, and the cleaned workpiece is rinsed with tap water to remove the remaining cleaning liquid on the workpiece.

Dry the mold core with a blower, and the cleaning work is over.
